Agreement

sreaminc.com (the "Site") is operated and managed by SMR Glassworks LLC and operated under the name SREAMINC.COM ("SREAMINC.COM," "Sream Inc," "we," "us"). All references to SreamInc.com mean SMR Glassworks LLC, doing business as SREAM INC.COM

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes here. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

What We Sell

We sell products to retail customers at retail prices, and to approved wholesale businesses at wholesale prices.

Our Brands and Distributed Brands

Some products are designed, made, or licensed by us ("House Brands"). Others are made by independent manufacturers and sold by us as a distributor or reseller ("Distributed Brands").

For Distributed Brands, the manufacturer is responsible for product design, manufacture, ingredients, testing, labeling, and any warranty. Descriptions, specs, images, and certificates for Distributed Brands are supplied by the manufacturer and shown as provided. We do not independently verify them or adopt them as our own claims.

Listing a brand does not mean we own it or that the brand endorses SREAMINC.COM SMR Glassworks LLC beyond our distribution relationship.

Age and Lawful Use

You must be 21 or older to buy from this Site. We may cancel any order if we believe the buyer is underage or buying for a minor.

Products are intended only for lawful use with legal substances, where permitted by law, and as directed by the manufacturer. They are not intended for use with illegal substances or for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for making sure that buying, owning, reselling, and using any product complies with all federal, state, and local laws. We do not ship to locations where a product is prohibited.

Keep products away from children. Small parts may present a choking hazard.

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved business accounts with a valid seller's permit. We may also request a business license or tax ID, and may approve, limit, suspend, or close any account at our discretion.

Wholesale customers agree to:

• Resell only through their own lawful retail channels.

• Follow any minimum order, minimum advertised price (MAP), or brand resale policy we or the brand owner provide.

• Not resell on third-party marketplaces without our written approval.

• Not claim to be an authorized dealer of any brand unless that brand has authorized them.

• Comply with all age, licensing, tax, and product laws where they operate.

Wholesale pricing and portal access are confidential and may change without notice.

Product-Specific Terms

Some products have additional terms, warnings, or restrictions on their product page. Those apply in addition to these Terms and control if they conflict.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts at our discretion.

Orders, Pricing, and Errors

Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice. We may limit quantities or decline orders. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or details, we may cancel the order, even after confirmation, and refund any amount charged.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Color, Size, and Glass Variation

Handmade glass can vary in color, size, and finish. Screen colors may not match the actual product. Sizes are based on manufacturer information and may vary slightly. These variations are not defects.

Warranties

House Brands: any warranty is limited to what is stated on the product page or included with the product. Site owners makes no warranties, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website or products sold.

Distributed Brands: any warranty is provided only by the manufacturer. We may help route warranty claims but make no separate warranty.

Except as stated above or required by law, the Site and all products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, belongs to SREAM or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

ROOR, ROOR-Tech, and related logos are trademarks of their respective owners and used under license where applicable. All other brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, submit false information, upload malicious code, collect others' personal information, or interfere with the Site's operation or security.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or use third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Electronic Communications

By using the Site or emailing us, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. These satisfy any requirement that communications be in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMR Glassworks LLC, SREAM INC, and their owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or use, arising from the Site or any product. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Purchase Agreement and Indemnification

By agreeing to purchase from sreaminc.com, you indemnify SMR Glassworks LLC from any liabilities and agree to use or sell these products only for their legal intended use. Products may not be used or sold for any other purpose, in any way or form, that violates any state or federal law within the United States of America. The products are not intended for use with any illegal substances or for any illegal purpose. All products sold are for legal use only. Any violation can result in legal prosecution by state and/or federal agencies.

Wholesale buyers: By purchasing at wholesale prices, Buyer represents that it is an individual, firm, partnership, and/or corporation engaged in the business of selling or leasing tangible personal property, and that it currently holds a seller's permit under applicable law allowing it to make sales and purchase resale inventory without payment of tax. A seller's permit does not allow you to purchase items for your own use without payment of tax. Buyer agrees to provide SMR Glassworks LLC a copy of its seller's permit upon request.

Retail buyers: Retail purchases are for personal use, and applicable sales tax will be charged.

All orders refused or returned by the recipient/buyer, including merchandise for exchange, are subject to a 15% inspection and restocking fee. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

You also agree to defend and hold harmless SMR Glassworks LLC, SREAM INC, and their owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use of the Site, your purchase, resale, or use of products, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises.

General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and SREAMINC.COM SMR Glassworks LLC about the Site. We may assign our rights under these Terms at any time.
