How can I confirm that a ROOR® piece is authentic?
Genuine ROOR® pieces include an individual authentication seal or security code. Enter that code on the official ROOR authentication page, then compare the displayed pattern with the tag attached to your piece.
Why can a finished piece differ slightly from the product photo?
ROOR® glass is handcrafted. Color placement, signatures, accents, and other artistic details can vary from the example photography. Those variations are part of the handmade process and make each finished piece unique.
What type of glass is used in ROOR® pieces?
Many ROOR® Classic models are produced from German Schott borosilicate glass. Glass thickness, tube diameter, height, and joint configuration vary by model, so always use the specifications listed on the individual product page.
What is normally included with a ROOR® Classic piece?
Contents vary by model, but many Classic packages include the tube, a matched low-profile downstem, a funnel bowl, a ROOR® box, and an authentication seal attached to the tube. The product page is the final source for the exact contents of your set.
How do I choose the correct replacement downstem or bowl?
Match the joint size and downstem dimensions shown for your exact model. ROOR® states that downstems for Classic pieces are hand measured and cut to the individual tube, so do not select a replacement by appearance alone. Contact support when you are unsure about compatibility.
How should I clean ROOR® glass?
Use a purpose-made glass cleaner and follow its label directions. ROOR® offers a fast-acting, eco-friendly formula designed to remove built-up residue without scrubbing. Remove loose accessories first, rinse every component thoroughly after cleaning, and let the parts dry completely before reassembly.
How long does production take?
Many ROOR® products are handcrafted or made to order. The current SREAM wholesale notice estimates approximately 2–4 weeks from the order date, although timing can vary by model, customization, order volume, and production schedule.
Can a used glass piece be returned or exchanged?
Used glass is generally not eligible for return. Return windows, restocking charges, exclusions for custom or sale merchandise, and damage-reporting requirements depend on the seller and order type. Review the policy attached to your order and contact SREAM support before sending any item back.
Are ROOR® products age restricted?
Yes. ROOR® products are intended only for adults of legal smoking age, for lawful use, and must be kept away from children. Buyers are responsible for following all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
